Workshops

These workshops can be run as stand-alone sessions or incorporated into our wellness programme.

  • Wellbeing in the Workplace

    Attendees: 10-12
    Length: 1 hour

    Why is wellbeing so important to our engagement and productivity?

    How can we bring healthier lifestyle elements into our weekly schedules?

    We discuss key themes and give attendees time to note areas they would like to improve.

    We’ll also create a 3 minute movement workout, which can be adapted to specific requirements.

    Follow up sessions
    Ideally we run 1 hour follow up sessions periodically as this greatly increases the workshop’s ongoing success.

  • Nutrition and Gut Health

    Attendees: 10-12
    Length: 1 hour

    This workshop looks at the importance of good nutrition for physical and mental health.

    Linked to this, research shows the profound impact a well-functioning gut has on our immune systems, energy levels, sleep, stress levels and productivity to name a few.

    We’ll note down our current eating habits, discuss key elements for a “healthy-enough” diet and identify ways we can incorporate more of these.

    Follow up sessions
    We suggest 3-4 follow up sessions to discuss how attendees are getting on, any challenges and to help embed their healthier eating practices. These can be run 1-to-1 online if preferred (i.e. 15 mins per person).

  • Pregnancy and Motherhood

    Attendees: ideally 8 max
    Length: 1 hour (longer if required)

    Utilising our pre & post natal coaching experience, this workshop will be created around attendees’ requirements.

    Example elements
    - Practical session to energise, reduce backache and strengthen the core.
    - Discussion of key areas and challenges associated with pregnancy, postnatal rehabilitation etc.
    - Strategies to manage the juggle of work, motherhood and self.

    Follow up sessions
    Regular sessions can be run if required, for example a monthly check-in session including bespoke workout.

  • Peri and Menopause

    Attendees: ideally 8 max
    Length: 1 hour

    Peri-menopause, the time leading up to the menopause itself, usually begins around 40 years old. The entire menopausal transition can last until mid 50s.

    With this in mind it’s important we are well informed:
    - How is this likely to affect me / my colleagues?
    - What measures can help mitigate the impacts of the hormonal changes and fluctuations?

  • Confidence and Performance

    Attendees: small groups or 1-to-1
    Length: 1 hour

    This workshop is most effective run in small groups or 1-to-1 sessions depending on your budget.

    We draw on our extensive experience giving presentations and talks, and facilitating meetings and workshops.

    We can also use confidence-building and mindfulness techniques.

    The aim is to work thoughtfully with attendees and navigate any challenges they face.

  • Team Building and Connectivity

    Create a bespoke team building day for your team.

    These can be active, creative or work-themed depending on your requirements.

    We have links across the UK with providers and will work with you to create a memorable day.

    Sessions can be a day or half-day depending on requirements.
