Creating short movement and mindfulness workouts for your team will help to re-energise and re-focus. Ultimately these have an impact on productivity.

Movement breaks and strengthening exercises also reduce the negative impacts of sitting for long periods, and any repetitive movements involved in an employee’s role.

  • "Move it" workouts

    These workouts are designed to get you moving!

    3 minute movement break
    Mini movement breaks are a great way to raise your energy levels, relax any tight muscles and reduce back ache.
    Waiting for the kettle to boil? Preparing for a meeting? Use this moment to move!

    10-15 minute workout
    Great for before work or during your lunch break, this short session will stretch and relax your muscles, raise your energy, clear your mind and strengthen your core to reduce back issues.

  • Energy and mindfulness

    This workout is a gentler session aimed at clearing and refocusing the mind, and energising the body.

    Drawing on elements of yoga, pilates, energy work (chi gung) and simple visualisation techniques this session will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to re-engage.

    At the end of the session we’ll introduce the notion of setting work-related intentions and goals while in this more mindful state. This has been proven to focus the mind and achieve goals more clearly and confidently.

  • Back ache reduction

    Bespoke workout designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture and identify any other measures that will help you to reduce or avoid developing back issues.

    We draw on Kirsty’s experience working with physiotherapists and sports massage therapists.

    We utilise Chris’ personal experience of managing chronic back ache as a result of deskworking.

    We can run this as a group or 1-to-1 session depending on your requirements.
