  • Nuffield Health

    Wellness for desk-based workers
    Worked with on-site physiotherapists to develop strategies to increase strength and mobility and reduce lower back pain.

    Mental wellbeing and stress reduction
    Developed and facilitated 1-to-1 and group sessions incorporating mindfulness, yoga and simple visualisation techniques to reduce stress, increase clarity and energise.

    Energiser classes
    Ran a number of bespoke exercise classes to energise and strengthen members.

  • The European Union and Brighton & Hove City Council

    Healthy lifestyles and active travel promotion

    This EU-led project focused on promoting healthier lifestyles and greener travel choices to schools, businesses and other organisations in several UK cities.

    Working alongside Brighton & Hove City Council planners, we co-designed and implemented the initiative.

    The project included running workshops to discuss the initiative, how to increase involvement and any barriers to engagement.

  • The Werks

    Confidence & Performance

    We worked with a number of business owners at The Werks (Brighton co-working space) to increase confidence, specifically during meetings and delivering presentations.

    Sessions included discussing challenges, using confidence building and performance techniques and practicing for presentations and meetings.

  • B&Q: UK stores

    Active travel plans

    This project entailed managing a team of Consultants to deliver active travel plans to B&Q stores across the UK. These plans utilised Government sustainability legislation and funding.

    Our team was one of the first to focus on promoting ‘healthier people’ as well as ‘healthier planet’ as we recognised this greatly increased employee engagement.

    The project focused on how employees travelled to work and used surveys, focus group sessions and workshops to gather information and engage with employees.

    Measures implemented included organising promotional and charity events, creating links with local businesses and public transport providers, improving cycle parking and installing showers, changing facilities and lockers.

  • MamaCore at Elize Studios

    Pregnancy, Maternity & Motherhood

    Bespoke 1-to-1 and group sessions to enhance health, fitness and wellbeing. Managing common issues including lower back ache, pregnancy sickness and juggling work with motherhood.

    We developed a post natal rehabilitation programme called MamaCore and worked with over 300 women during a 5 year period.

    As well as practically helping new mums to restrengthen their core, our work included developing techniques and understanding of the variety of challenges new mums typically face.
