Wellness Programme

This programme will support your employees to identify, implement and then maintain wellness measures with regular mini check-ins:

  • Using a personal coaching approach ensures this programme is practical enough to achieve real results, for the long term.

  • Drawing on our healthier lifestyles coaching and workshop facilitation experience ensures the programme is run thoughtfully for diverse teams.

Programme format
- 1 x intro workshop (1 hr).
- Fortnightly check-in sessions with attendees (10-15 mins).
- Monthly review session with organisation lead (length as required).

Attendees
Max 10 per group.

1) Discuss the key components for a healthier lifestyle.

We are aiming to increase:
- Energy
- Wellbeing
- Connectivity
- Productivity

And reduce the impacts of:
- Stress
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Winter (sickness, less daylight etc)

2) Goal-setting
Assist attendees in identifying SMART wellness goals
SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timely.

3) Practical element: movement breaks
During the workshop we will introduce a 3 minute routine to energise the body and focus the mind. Any special physical requirements will be discussed in advance and catered for.

Intro Workshop

The best way to achieve results is to have regular check-ins:

- Maintain motivation.
- Celebrate achievements (a great dopamine hit).
- Provide space for employees to discuss any challenges and ideas for modifications to their individual programmes.


Format: 1-to-1 or share with a colleague if preferred.
Location:
Online.
Frequency: Fortnightly.
Length: 10-15 mins as required.

Objectives:
- Discuss how their weekly schedule is going.
- Modify anything that needs tweaking.
- Introduce any additional goals thoughtfully and practically.
- Maintain positive messaging and encouragement throughout.

- How the programme is progressing.
- Any adjustments that would be beneficial.
- AOB.

Ultimately we know that focusing on a win:win scenario with organisations is best, as energised and engaged employees are generally more productive.
